OUR CENTER OF FAMILY VOCATIONAL SERVICES

The Center of Family Love Vocational Department is a proud supporter and participant in the Oklahoma State Use Program. CFL Enterprises consists of two Sheltered Workshops, one in Kingfisher, manufacturing and supplying air filters and the other, on the Okarche main campus which manufactures three-ring binders. We also have the Kristy Wittrock Memorial Horticulture Center which features rehabilitation traning and therapeutic training for persons with physical and mental handicaps.

CFL Enterprises, located in Kingfisher, employs 37 adults with developmetal disabilities. Manufacturing air filters, they specialize in custom sized filters for home and commercial. More on the AIR FILTERS here.

CFL Factory, located on the Okarche main campus, employs 16 adults with disabilities and supplies the State of Oklahoma Agencies with all their three ring binder needs. Sales are steadily increasing and new machinery recently purchased allows even more employees to experience work in this enviroment. More on the BINDERS here.

The Kristy Wittrock Memorial Horticulture Center provides treatment for persons with mental or physical disabilties, and rehabilitation training for individuals with developmental disabilties to qualify them for transitional employment in the community. Flower and plant enthusiasts from many counties surrounding Okarche are drawn each year to sample the many flowers and plants grown at the Center. More on the GREENHOUSE here.

CFL's Community Integrated Employment provides job coaching and transportation services to 24 individuals that work in the community. Job coaching is provided as needed to assist and offer support to the individuals we serve while they are learning the necessary job skills to maintain their employment independently. Job coaching services are provided as long as necessary. Once the employee and the employer feel comfortable the job coach phases out, leaving the individual to successfully maintain employment.
