Expectations
The Center of Family Love entrusts its employees with a great responsibility—caring for people. For that reason, the Center of Family Love has developed a standard for employee qualifications and expectations.
Listed below are required qualifications and expectations for all CFL employees. Specific requirements may vary by position. Human resources will inform all current and potential employees of all appropriate expectations.
Prior to employment, the Center of Family Love requires:
- Pre-employment health screen/physical
- Drug screen
- Background check
Other
qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
