EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
The
Center
of
Family Love recognizes
that benefits are a very important component to a job. The Center continues to offer the best
benefits it can afford for all of its employees.
PTO: PTO is PAID TIME OFF, the
Center of
Family Love
has taken this approach to address the needs of its employees in regards to
sickness, holidays and vacation. Each
employee accrues on a weekly basis, a predetermined amount of hours. These hours vary for each employee depending
upon the length of time the individual has worked for the Center. The time accrued can then be used to cover
Holidays, Vacation, or Sick time. The
Center likes the flexibility of this system as the employee is in control of
how to use the PTO.
HEALTH INSURANCE:
The
Center of
Family Love does not currently offer
health insurance to its employees because of the high costs involved.We realize the importance of health care for the wellbeing of our employees and
their families. The Center is currently exploring several different plans trying to find one that is beneficial and
affordable both to the employee and the Center.
DENTAL AND VISION LIFE
INSURANCE: These benefits are available on an individual basis at the
employees expense.
TRAINING: We are a highly regulated business and because
of that we must have employees who are trained specifically for the position
they hold. The
Center of
Family Love
provides and pays for the necessary training when applicable.
OTHERS BENEFITS:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available every day.
Sam’s club membership at discounted rates.
