BINDERS and the CFL Factory Program at the Center of Family Love

The BINDER CFL Factory program is a top-notch manufacturing vocational program for our adults with developmental disabilities. Manufacturing quality binders for home, commercial and the Oklahoma State Use Program, our DD adults learn hands-on skills that build confidence, provide inspiration and bring intellectually challenging learning skills to all who participate. Located adjacent to our ICF facility on the main Okarche campus, our CFL Factory manufactures thousands of binders every year...all made by hand by our Special Angels.
